Job description

EHC is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a Client in Stuart, FL

Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM -5:30PM

Duties:
Must be computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Familiar with Windows based Apps. Excellent Vision. Speaks/Reads/Writes English
Must have reliable transportation to/from Stuart office.
The Office administrator primary function will be to annotate pictures for AI. (Draw boxes around items and identifying that item in a computer program)
They will also print barcode labels using 2 high speed label printers. Assist Ray (our support specialist) learning how to provide support to our customers.
Enter orders into our ERP System and produce weekly reports of production matrixes of the 26 plants we track.

-Must possess excellent customer service skills
-Must be proficient in English
-Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Previous experience in the pallet industry a plus
