About the job:
Do you have strong organizational and communication skills and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced setting? Near North is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist a talented Escrow department throughout each stage of the closing process to successfully finalize real estate transactions, while exhibiting a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We provide a collaborative, energetic, team environment. Our company is a growing title insurance operation with multi-state market presence and national outreach.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will support members of the Escrow team in a professional and helpful manner. No experience necessary but must be eager to learn and be trainable.
What you bring to the table:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative or operations support experience preferred.
  • Real estate, banking or title/escrow experience is helpful but not required.
  • Fast-learner with a positive attitude and able to succeed in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SoftPro experience is a plus.
  • Superior multi-tasking, organizational, attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Interpersonal with strong written and verbal communication skills.
