Position Summary:
The English Learning Academy is looking for an hourly graduate student.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of program records
  • Create and print graduation certificates
  • Assist with ELA graduation ceremony planning and execution
  • Maintain the ELA textbook library such as taking inventory, shelving new textbooks
  • Assist with orientation activities for all international students
  • Assist the Assistant Director for the ELA with other administrative duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to maintain orderly filing systems and retrieve documents quickly when needed.
Ability to organize and maintain accessible, up-to-date textbook resources.
Knowledge of relevant course materials and academic integrity standards.
Skill in managing classroom environments, assisting with clarification (without instruction), and providing tutoring as needed.
