About the job:
The Associate Sales Representative is an entry-level sales position that will acquire and grow revenue from leads, cold-calling and social media while also supporting team growth. The position exists to prepare the individual to move to an Account Management or New Business role upon completion of objectives.
You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Identifying new prospects developing pipeline. Closing new sales. Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue objectives. Calling on leads supplied by Marketing Lead Generation team.
  • Completing internal education program consisting of e-learning, SNAP training and job shadowing so that knowledge can be leveraged for generating revenue.
  • Understanding and articulating the value of LexisNexis Risk Management products, needs analysis and pricing as well as competitive offerings.
  • Clearly demonstrating your understanding of LexisNexis pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively communicate LexisNexis Risk Management benefits in a manner meaningful to a customer and in a timely fashion.
  • Working with mentor and manager to develop strategies for new business opportunities, account management responsibilities and sourcing/researching new prospect.

Qualifications:
  • Work experience in a professional sales environment desirable.
  • Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge.
  • Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Total Target Cash Range: $56,500 - $94,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
