We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee daily workflow operations, support team performance, and help drive operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for team members by providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support while ensuring strict compliance with client, investor, and regulatory requirements. If you have a strong background in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditor rights operations and enjoy coaching others, solving problems, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Operations Management: Manage and prioritize daily team workflow, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with strict deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct quality reviews and spot checks to maintain accuracy, adhere to client scorecards, and meet internal expectations.
  • Team Coaching & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, escalations, and coaching, actively supporting professional development and performance improvement.
  • Training & Onboarding: Assist with onboarding, ongoing training, and the seamless implementation of new departmental procedures or process updates.
  • Reporting & Audits: Support internal audits, client requests, reporting initiatives, scorecard rebuttals, and departmental projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements, share recommendations with leadership, and help resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Hands-On Support: Maintain a small portfolio of files and provide direct production support during high-volume periods or staffing shortages.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, or related legal operations (1+ year in a Team Lead, Senior Specialist, or supervisory support role is preferred).
  • Industry Background: Experience working in foreclosure law firms, bankruptcy operations, or mortgage default servicing.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage workflow, coach team members, and analyze performance metrics to identify operational trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with legal case management platforms such as Perfect Practice.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
