Job Description
Job Duties

  • Support contract intake, routing, tracking, and follow-up to help keep legal and business workflows moving efficiently.
  • Identify missing information, inconsistent data, or potential issues and escalate questions appropriately.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, or data quality checks to support legal operations and contract management projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently while also collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, legal operations team members, and business partners.
  • Ability to review information, compare sources, identify inconsistencies, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Comfort handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Professional, dependable, and curious, with a strong interest in learning how a corporate legal department operates.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in a law school, undergraduate program, or paralegal certificate/program.
  • Prior internship, part-time office, administrative, legal, compliance, or business operations experience.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Interest in contracts, legal operations, data quality, compliance, or business process improvement.

What You'll Learn
Interns will receive training and support from the Legal Department and will learn how contracts are structured, how corporate legal teams support business operations, how internal contracting systems work, and how accurate contract data can help identify obligations, risks, deadlines, and business insights.
