Griffin & Matthews is dynamic, well established, boutique law firm located in West Houston's Energy Corridor.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the legal field required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Clio preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the firm’s day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate and help maintain firm calendars, deadlines, appointments, reminders, and client/case information
  • Oversee attorney timekeeping, billing, invoicing, and client billing processes
  • Manage vendors, HR coordination, and process improvements
  • Supervise front-office operations, including phone coverage, visitor reception, message handling, and client intake
  • Maintain files, electronic case records, and document management systems
  • Assist with case preparation, document review, organization of evidence and case materials
  • Supervise electronic submissions, coordinate hearings, and communicate with court staff as needed
  • Provide oversight and direction to administrative support staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of office and client-service functions
