Gomez Law, APC:
We are a growing real estate law firm in Los Angeles, California.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Intake Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing our client intake process and leading a team of intake specialists to maximize conversion rates and ensure exceptional client experience from first contact. Our firm currently receives 400-800 leads per month in which we have a grading scale for priority, as well as numerous automations and workflows to assist the team in hitting their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the intake team to achieve departmental KPIs and conversion targets (qualified leads, conversion rate, signups)
  • Utilize Lawmatics CRM and reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize the intake process.
  • Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed client.
  • Train and mentor intake specialists on effective consultation techniques.
  • Personally handle high-value potential client consultations.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Previous Position of management of 2 or more employees.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Lawmatics & Clio (or similar CRM and Case Management Tools)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience.

Why Join Us:
  • You join a fast-growing real estate litigation firm that invests heavily in operations, training, and technology, giving you the tools to actually succeed and scale your team.
  • Leadership is hands-on, supportive, and data-driven, with clear goals, transparent expectations, and real opportunities to contribute to firm-wide strategy.
  • Intake isn’t treated as a call center — it’s a core revenue engine — so your role directly influences growth, client experience, and monthly signups.
  • You get access to modern systems like Lawmatics, Clio, Google dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows that make your work faster and more efficient.
  • The firm actively builds referral networks, marketing pipelines, and high inbound lead flow, creating a strong environment for consistent conversion wins.
  • There is true upward mobility as the intake department expands, including opportunities to build a team, develop SOPs, and shape the department as the firm scales to multi-office levels.

If you're ready to lead a dynamic team while driving measurable results through strategic intake management, we want to hear from you!
