We are seeking a motivated Intake Specialist to join our legal consultation team. This role plays a key part in converting qualified leads into clients. Every call matters, and the right candidate understands that each conversation can be the difference between securing a case or losing it.


This position is ideal for someone with a competitive personality, strong sales instincts, and confidence on the phone. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and a critical contributor to the firm’s growth.

Compensation:

$55,000 per year DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
  • Qualify leads and convert eligible prospects into retained clients
  • Clearly explain legal services and next steps
  • Build rapport, trust, and urgency during consultations
  • Accurately document call notes and client information
  • Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
  • Work closely with the legal consultation team to meet conversion goals
