Job description

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a CA-licensed attorney to join our team as a full-time legal intake specialist! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding, and do data entry.


We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior legal intake experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!

Compensation:

$100,000 + Bonus Potential


Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential clients who meet our criteria to discuss possible representation.
  • Coordinate with other attorneys at the firm regarding potential new cases.
  • Follow up with potential clients as needed. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the intake team.

Qualifications:
  • Previous legal intake experience required.
  • Licensed attorney in California.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired.
  • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued.
