We are a family law firm that specializes in matters involving divorce, child custody, and matters related to CPS. We handle sensitive, high-net-worth matters for clients and strive to give them a unique and personal service. Our vision is to improve the lives of each person we serve. We take care of the complex legal work so that clients can focus on themselves and their families during a difficult time in their lives. We need potential families to know that we can be trusted, that they are being heard, and that we will provide A+ services.
We are seeking a special person to assist with client intake and sales.
Responsibilities
• Weekend work possible (Approximately 3 hours per weekend)
• Process and respond to a high volume of potential client calls, inquiries, and requests
• Scheduling appointments with Potential New Clients
• Timely and accurate transfer of new case info/details to our system daily
• Coordinating all required client documentation and letters pertaining to the case sign-up
• Adhere to all Firm policies and procedures related to the Client Engagement Agreement
Qualifications
Job Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous sales/intake experience
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
Desired Skills & Experience
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and the ability to quickly learn case management software
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Positive personality and desire to help others
• History in sales positions
