Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Hands-on experience designing content strategy for B2C or consumer-driven industries (travel, hospitality, retail, marketplaces, ecommerce, etc.)
Must have actively defined or governed taxonomy, metadata, or structured content frameworks
Experience building scalable content frameworks, not just content writing or campaigns
Strong understanding of user intent, search behavior mapping and content aligned to discovery journeys
Demonstrated ability to translate content strategy into actionable frameworks that can be implemented by SEO, engineering, and product teams
Strong writing, editing skills with a consistent record in developing content that resonates to diverse audiences
Cross channel content alignment (web, apps, listings)
Collaboration with brand, website development, SEO, analytics and creative teams
Roles & Responsibilities
Define intent led content strategy aligned to business priorities and user needs
Establish metadata, taxonomy and attribute frameworks to structure how entities, features, and differentiators are
described
Identify and prioritize attributes and signals relevant to different audience segments and use cases
Define how attributes are consistently expressed across property pages, listings, and digital platforms
Develop scalable content frameworks reusable across similar entities or categories
Ensure alignment of content and messaging across owned and third party digital touchpoints
Partner with SEO and technical teams to ensure taxonomy and content models are implemented accurately
Refine content structure based on performance insights and evolving search behavior
Collaborate with digital teams to test and optimize content across channels and journeys
