Job description

A well-respected and longstanding law firm is looking to add a legal assistant to their team. You would be supporting multiple stakeholders and litigation attorneys through complex legal processes from start to finish.

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule: 1-day WFH per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, format, proofread, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related materials.
  • Manage electronic court filings, ensuring strict adherence to state and federal filing deadlines and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain attorneys' calendars
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.

Essential qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant
  • Strong background in litigation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
