Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to support the company's growth and business development organization. As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager, you will serve as a critical liaison between marketing and sales, driving alignment, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting Legacy's aggressive business development strategy. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Marketing, and works in our Corporate Headquarters located in downtown Indianapolis, IN.

Job DetailsWhat to expect as a Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager: 
  • Acts as the primary marketing interface between the client's sales organization, including inside and outside sales teams in the US and Canada.
  • Aligns sales targeting strategies with go-to-market campaign execution, including facilitating internal review/coordination of marketing content and campaigns.
  • Accelerates getting content into marketing channels (ie. through Hubspot, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with sales teams across all Legacy business units to accelerate pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to create campaigns, materials, and sales support programs.
  • Ensure accountability for marketing-generated leads and provide value-add support on individual sales opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and support governance, reporting, dashboards, and user training.
  • Create closed-loop visibility between sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored to audience segments.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple teams and programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Desire and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
