As the largest nonprofit health system serving the Portland-Southwest Washington areas and the mid-Willamette Valley, Legacy Health provides a range of services - we have six hospitals, one of which includes a center solely dedicated to children's care, Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. Responsibilities
  • The Integrated Leaves Coordinator supports the administration of leave of absence, ergonomics, workers' compensation, and workplace accommodation programs.
  • This position provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations.
  • The Integrated Leaves Coordinator serves as a key resource for maintaining records, tracking workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives related to employee leave and accommodation programs.
  • The Coordinator duties involve exposure to confidential and sensitive information requiring considerable use of discretion.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience:
  • Three or more years of prior experience in program coordination required.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, leave administration, accommodations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with HR systems, case management tools, project management tools and document management platforms (e.g., HRIS, SharePoint, ticketing systems) preferred.

Skills:
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills required.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and service skills to include advanced computer and software use.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation and data management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Workers' Compensation, ADA, and federal and state leave programs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Experience working with HR systems, case management tools, or document management platforms (e.g., HRIS, SharePoint, ticketing systems) preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range
USD $31.38 - USD $44.89 /Hr.
