Donaldson manages a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and takes pride in creating places residents are proud to call home. We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Brookland Manor Apartments, a residential apartment community located in Washington, DC. This position is ideal for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with leasing experience in Project-Based Section 8 housing and a strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements. This position does require Saturday availability. The Leasing Consultant will support the full leasing process, assist prospective and current residents, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the property management team to ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and community standards.
