On behalf of our Auto Leasing client, Procom is searching for a Contract Auditor - Auto Leasing for a contract role. This position is a remote position based in Herndon, Virginia.
Contract Auditor - Auto Leasing - Job Description:
This role supports the Volkswagen Credit lessee purchase process by ensuring that dealer-facilitated customer purchases are processed according to U.S. regulatory guidelines. It involves auditing customer lease buyout documentation received from franchised dealerships and acting as a subject matter expert for internal employees and franchised dealers.
Contract Auditor - Auto Leasing - Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate data entry capturing lease buyout details.
• Assist with the education of procedures to franchised dealerships.
• Answer inquiries from dealers and VCI field staff regarding the audit procedures.
• Make outbound phone or email attempts to collect missing documentation.
• Recommend audit process improvements.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as required.
