Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent

We are seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Rent Manager leasing software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
  • Conduct property tours and explain lease terms.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in English and Spanish.
