Collections Specialist - Join Our RNR Family

At RNR, we help people stay on the road with safe, quality tires through an affordable payment program that fits their budget. As a Collections Specialist, your key role is to help customers achieve ownership of their tires and wheels by working with them to stay on track with their payment plans. You'll provide outstanding customer service in a supportive, family-oriented environment while making a real impact.


As a Collection Specialist at RNR Tire Express, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers on their journey to ownership. You'll oversee customer accounts by making outbound calls, sending texts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication logs. Your main goal is to help customers successfully acquire ownership of their products by offering support, guidance, and solutions. This role isn't just about collecting payments it's about building trust and helping people succeed.

What You'll Do


Help customers acquire ownership by assisting them in staying current on their payment plans

Build positive relationships with customers while working to resolve accounts

Communicate effectively via phone text and email to set up payment arrangements

Use empathy and negotiation skills to help customers meet their financial commitments

Maintain accurate customer records and follow RNR's best practices for collections

Field Visits - Visit customers in the field to re-establish communication and assist with payment solutions

Work closely with store teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account resolution

We are looking for 2 or more years of collections and customer service experience 

Rent to Own or Lease to Own experience is a plus

Strong negotiation and communication skills - You know how to connect with people and find solutions

Problem solver and multitasker - You stay organized and focused even in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented - You're comfortable using computers and tracking account information

Bilingual Spanish English a plus

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a driving history that passes our company requirements 
  • Pass drug screen and background check to company policy standard 
  • Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday 
  • Stand for long periods of time 
  • Lifting and exerting up to at least 75 pounds 
  • Professional Proficiency in English - Bilingual is a plus
