As a Collections Specialist, your key role is to help customers achieve ownership of their tires and wheels by working with them to stay on track with their payment plans. You'll provide outstanding customer service in a supportive, family-oriented environment while making a real impact.
As a Collection Specialist at RNR Tire Express, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers on their journey to ownership. You'll oversee customer accounts by making outbound calls, sending texts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication logs. Your main goal is to help customers successfully acquire ownership of their products by offering support, guidance, and solutions. This role isn't just about collecting payments it's about building trust and helping people succeed.

Help customers acquire ownership by assisting them in staying current on their payment plans

We are looking for 2 or more years of collections and customer service experience
Rent to Own or Lease to Own experience is a plus

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a driving history that passes our company requirements
  • Pass drug screen and background check to company policy standard
  • Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Lifting and exerting up to at least 75 pounds
  • Professional Proficiency in English - Bilingual is a plus
  • Prior experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, rent to own, automotive sales is very helpful to the success at this opportunity.
