Job description
- Experience working with diverse student populations and academically at-risk students.
- Nightly and weekend work required, all year round.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working collaboratively with staff and colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience as a learning specialist working with student-athletes within a college or university environment.
- Knowledge of current research and proven strategies to work with at-risk students and students with diagnosed disabilities.
- Knowledge of learning disability diagnostic tools and learning strategies related to supporting students with learning disabilities.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with NCAA policies.
This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act. This position will be required to report Clery crimes to the Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training about reporting responsibilities.
