As the Lead, Learning Technology & Innovation, you'll help redefine how thousands of associates learn, grow, and perform across Floor & Decor. You'll shape the future of learning by introducing AI-enabled tools, simplifying how knowledge is delivered in the flow of work, and helping teams access the right support at the right moment. Your work will directly influence frontline performance, operational efficiency, and the everyday experience of associates across a rapidly growing business.

Your Day Consists Of

  • Leading the evolution of Floor & Decor's learning technology ecosystem, including LMS platforms, AI-enabled tools, and integrated learning solutions
  • Evaluating and piloting emerging technologies that improve performance support, coaching, content delivery, and real-time knowledge access
  • Partnering closely with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure learning platforms are scalable, intuitive, and aligned to operational goals
  • Translating business challenges into practical AI-driven learning solutions that improve associate performance in measurable ways
  • Managing the deployment, publishing, and ongoing optimization of digital learning content across platforms
  • Using adoption metrics, learner behavior data, and business outcomes to continuously improve learning effectiveness and investment decisions

You'll Be Successful With

  • 5-7 years of experience managing and optimizing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, or frontline learning platforms
  • Experience evaluating and scaling AI-enabled learning tools, including coaching platforms, knowledge assistants, or AI-powered content solutions
  • Strong understanding of learning technology standards including SCORM, AICC, and HTML5
  • The ability to simplify complex technology concepts for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise
  • A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing learning metrics, adoption trends, and performance outcomes to guide decisions
  • Experience balancing innovation with practicality, knowing how to pilot, improve, and scale solutions that work in real business environments
