The Learning Experience team is seeking an innovative AI-forward Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll harness artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to design, develop, and rapidly deploy learning modules that impact associates worldwide. We're looking for a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning, developing others, and leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and transform learning experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts, and Program Managers to create impactful, performance-based content using AI tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, coupled with demonstrated ability to use generative AI for rapid prototyping, content generation, and process optimization. You should be adept at balancing speed and quality, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards through AI-augmented workflows. Key job responsibilities
* Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
* Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
* Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various enhanced by AI for scenario generation, assessment creation, and content personalization
* Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives utilizing AI to generate first drafts, variations, and quality improvements
* Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
* Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
* Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
* Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies with particular focus on emerging AI tools and their applications in instructional design
* Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
* Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
* Pioneer AI-driven processes that enable the team to scale content production while maintaining quality standards and reducing time to deployment
About the team
Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning and development of Blink Customer Support associates. We design, create and develop learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, the customer experience, coaching, leadership development, and specialty training.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e-learning and video
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience with system simulations and basic HTML
- Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools for content creation, scenario generation, quality assurance, and rapid prototyping of learning experiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
- Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field
- Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap Experience with evidence-based instructional design and learning analytics
- Multimedia development capabilities (video editing, graphics design, animation)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
