Job Title

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in customizing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues with Absorb LMS (Learning Management System) to meet organizational training needs, including content management, user roles, and reporting

Design, develop, and maintain Learning Management Portals to facilitate a seamless learning experience for users

Strong experience on AWS Serverless with.Net & React/NextJS for developing portal enhancements, and integrating Learning Management Portals with other enterprise applications & IT systems

8+ years of experience in Absorb LMS and 5+ years in AWS Serverless with .Net & React/NextJS

Possess strong organizational skills and be a strong collaborator to work closely with cross functional teams to understand learning requirements, align technical solution with business objectives, build a shared understanding of project goals and timelines, and drive release & deployment activities

Skills:.Net Absorb LMS, AWS Serverless, React, NextJS

Experience on other LMS tools

Experience in Life Sciences industry would be advantageous

Strong communication, collaboration & Organizational skills
