The Opportunity:

The Associate Manager, Leadership & Learning Development, plays a key role in advancing this mission through the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership and learning experiences across the organization.
This role is ideal for a strategic, systems-minded learning professional who brings deep L&D expertise, strong program design skills, and the ability to embed organizational development thinking into everything they build. Working closely with partners across Talent, Inclusion, and Organizational Development, this individual will help translate business and talent priorities into impactful learning solutions that support leadership effectiveness and organizational growth.
With responsibility for program design, delivery, and learning innovation, this role requires someone who can both, build from the ground up and scale what works, and enterprise capability-building.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate readiness to step into broader strategic ownership over time.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Enterprise Learning Strategy & Architecture
  • Support the translation of enterprise talent and transformation priorities into scalable learning programs, leadership journeys, and development tools.
  • Design and enhance leadership development programs, learning pathways, and development resources for people leaders, high-potential talent, and cross-functional leaders
  • Collaborate with OD, Talent, and Inclusion to integrate learning into broader systems, such as performance, succession, and onboarding.

AI Literacy & Future Skills Enablement
  • Help Design and implement learning experiences that increase AI fluency, experimentation, and adoption
  • Research emerging workforce and technology trends and translate insights into relevant learning opportunities
  • Partner with external vendors and internal tech leads to support the responsible use of AI in learning and across the organization

Program Design & Facilitation
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions that span digital, live, cohort-based, and experiential formats
  • Facilitate enterprise learning experiences and leadership workshops for global audiences
  • Partner with subject matter experts and external vendors to create high-quality, business-relevant learning content and experiences

Organizational Development & Capability-Building
  • Apply organizational development principles and best practices to support leadership effectiveness, team development, and organizational capability building
  • Contribute insights and recommendations that help address development needs arising from transformations, workforce planning, or structural shifts
  • Help ensure learning enables, and not just informs, broader OD and people strategies

Measurement, Impact & Continuous Improvement
  • Track adoption, sentiment, and behavior change across learning programs; adapt offerings based on insights
  • Measure and communicate program impact aligned to business goals, talent priorities, and capability growth
  • Stay ahead of L&D trends to recommend innovations in learning design, systems, and experience

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs at scale-especially for people leaders and enterprise capability priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate learning into broader talent systems (e.g., performance, succession, inclusion, culture)
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation across modalities
  • Experience building AI and digital literacy into learning strategies and leadership development
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Systems thinker with an understanding of enterprise transformation, organizational effectiveness, or future-of-work strategy
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed, or fast-paced organization preferred
  • Familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., LMS/LXP), analytics tools, and feedback systems
  • Willingness to travel
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
