The Learning & Development Operations Specialist supports and enhances firmwide learning initiatives through program coordination, systems management, reporting, and operational support. This role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs are delivered efficiently, learning data and metrics are maintained accurately, and employees have a consistent, high-quality development experience across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational coordination and execution of enterprise learning and development initiatives across multiple offices and business units
  • Manage learning operations including scheduling, communications, program logistics, vendor coordination, resource planning, and learner support
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and stakeholders regarding learning timelines, participation, development planning, and program requirements
  • Own and maintain learning data, reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and training compliance metrics to support leadership decision-making
  • Analyze participation trends, learner engagement, and program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support the administration, optimization, and enhancement of learning management systems (LMS) and related technologies
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and operational workflows for learning initiatives and programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support communication strategies, change management efforts, and rollout plans for new learning programs, systems, or initiatives
  • Ensure training records, certifications, and compliance-related learning activities are accurately tracked and maintained
  • Support leadership development, onboarding, technical training, and firmwide professional development initiatives
  • Coordinate and facilitate large-scale or multi-location learning events, workshops, and virtual training sessions
  • Build strong relationships and trust with cross-functional partners including People & Culture (HR), Internal Communications, Business Development, Marketing, Safety, Project Delivery, and Design Technology
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, learner experience, reporting accuracy, and program scalability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • 3-6 years of experience supporting learning operations, talent development, people operations, HR programs, or organizational development initiatives
  • Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics related to learning, engagement, participation, or workforce development metrics
  • Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Experience administering learning management systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, or other employee development technologies preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and other reporting or collaboration tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfort supporting enterprise-wide or multi-location learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment
