Account Manager - Waukesha, Wisconsin
$60,000 - $78,000 Annually
Our customers rely on our equipment to keep their manufacturing operations moving. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure those customers have the products, support, and solutions they need while uncovering new opportunities to grow the business.
You’ll manage a group of established accounts, become familiar with their operations, and work directly with customers to understand what they need today and where their business is headed. From recommending equipment for a new production line to helping solve an application challenge, you’ll play an important role in connecting our customers with the right solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of established manufacturing accounts
  • Serve as a trusted resource for customers and maintain regular communication with key contacts
  • Learn how each customer operates and identify areas where our equipment can improve their processes
  • Generate additional business by introducing customers to new products, equipment, and solutions
  • Respond to customer requests, questions, and opportunities in a timely manner
  • Develop quotes, proposals, and sales presentations based on customer requirements
  • Follow opportunities from the initial conversation through completion
  • Work with engineers and technical specialists to address customer applications and equipment needs
  • Coordinate with internal manufacturing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate account activity, sales opportunities, and customer information in our CRM
  • Review account performance and identify opportunities for continued growth
  • Keep up with new products, equipment capabilities, and developments within the manufacturing industry
  • Attend customer meetings, industry events, training sessions, and company sales meetings


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience through an internship, part time role, sales position, customer service position, technical role, or manufacturing environment
