  • Define Measurement Framework:

    • Design a practical measurement model focused on AI skill and behavior change, including observation methods and timing.

    • Avoid over-reliance on completion metrics.

    • Shape the model in partnership with Talent Analytics and the leadership development team so it plugs into existing program measurement.

    • Refine the model and define a clear path to scale.

  • Deliverables:

    • Required deliverables include persona model, learning-to-work architecture, workflow-based learning model, pathway templates, completed examples, and measurement framework.

    • Secondary outputs include content mapping and pilot recommendations.

  • Operating Model:

    • The contractor designs the system while VP Talent and team drive decisions and adoption.

    • Requires collaboration with AI Council, IT/Success Enablement, the leadership development team and business leaders.

  • Success Criteria:

    • Success includes workflow-aligned learning, real behavior change, manager reinforcement, stakeholder adoption, and scalability.
