Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Learning Solutions Design Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning solutions that support business objectives and workforce development. Responsibilities: Partner with clients, Learning Consultants, and internal teams to design and deliver learning solutions aligned with business goals Lead learning design projects from discovery through implementation and evaluation Develop instructional strategies, learning objectives, assessments, and learning journeys Create engaging learning content for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs Apply design thinking and learner-centric methodologies to develop innovative solutions Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones Facilitate stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions, and project status meetings Coordinate with SMEs, facilitators, and operations teams to ensure successful program execution Support live and virtual learning events, including facilitation guides, rehearsal planning, and learner communications Ensure learning solutions meet accessibility, compliance, and quality standards Track program performance, learner feedback, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvements Lead and mentor learning professionals while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Requirements: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or related experience Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple modalities Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience leading or mentoring team members Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a professional services or consulting environment Prior Big 4 experience Experience with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools Experience supporting enterprise learning or organizational transformation initiatives Key Competencies: Learning Strategy & Design Instructional Design Project Management Stakeholder Management Learning Operations Client Service Excellence Communication & Facilitation Leadership & Team Development Process Improvement Learning Technologies Analytical Thinking Collaboration & Adaptability The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
