Job Summary

The Clinical Learning Manager is responsible for the training, deployment and Implementation program in the organization to assure Sanitas' clinical and medical staff are well versed and trained on role specific functions and hard skills as well as any pertinent services and processes impacting their position.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports deployment of Sanitas new centers and US expansion by training clinical and medical employees in Clinical Operations processes, policies and procedures according to company guidelines.
  • supports training and implementation of new features and projects, including the implementation of Sanitas Population Health Management platform: Persivia, EMR and BI platforms, etc. as applicable to the role.
  • Collaborate in creating content training material for the specific roles and workflows.
  • Contributes to the development and schedule of training plans for the Clinical Staff team.
  • Identify Clinical Staff super users at the different locations who will support the training of center employees locally and establish a learning network with them.
  • Develops and conducts training overviews and attends training change communication events.
  • Attends all eClinicalWorks workshops to stay up to date with the latest upgrades.
  • Works with trainers to assist with the development, validation, and updating of training materials.
  • Assists with the build, configuration, and testing of training environments.
  • Assists in the development of policies and procedures for all areas of training responsibility.
  • Completes all assigned project tasks and requirements within designated timelines.
  • Assists with the mentoring of all trainers and standardization of processes.
  • Maintains constant communication and reports on training progress.
  • Responsible for onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Drive the QA process to ensure the final product is accurate and complete.
  • Conducts team meetings to discuss training related changes, communications, updates and improvements.
  • Coordinate with locations a schedule with onsite training and refresher schedule.
  • Document actions to resolve and address the EMR issues.
  • Documents and provides feedback on challenges found during training.
  • Follows established KPIs for the department.
  • Performs other duties as required by management.
