Job description

Global RAD Operations (GRO) operates 13 sites across three regions-AMER, EU, and APAC. Our learning technology runs on a three-stack Umbrella architecture, with each stack serving its respective region, alongside the Learn platform. This role exists to take centralized ownership of that multi-platform environment and serve as the single point of accountability for our learning technology administration and content development across all regions.
What distinguishes this position from a standard LMS administration role is the breadth of ownership. You will not only manage the full lifecycle of our Learn and three regional Umbrella stacks, but also develop the instructional content that lives within them-Skill Drill assessments, and translate multilingual materials. This is end-to-end ownership from platform administration through learner experience.
In this role, you will:
Administer and maintain three regional Umbrella stacks and the Learn platform, with a mandate to streamline processes into a more unified global framework
Maintain compliance dashboards that integrate data from multiple systems to ensure audit readiness across all regions
Develop instructional content- e-learning, and assessments-designed to be effective across cultures and languages
Manage translation workflows from English content approval through regional LMS attachment
Maintain reporting automation to recover 520+ hours annually currently spent on manual compliance tracking
Ensure 151 active courses remain current and within compliance windows across all sites
What sets this role apart: you will serve as the centralized expert for GRO, reporting directly to the Global Training Manager with visibility across all 13 sites. Your work will directly determine how 572 associates learn and maintain compliance. This position offers autonomy, global scope, and the opportunity to maintain systems and build processes.
Key job responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Administer Learn and three regional Umbrella stacks, including course creation, updates, and user support across all 13 GRO sites
- Streamline cross-stack processes toward a more unified global framework
- Maintain 151 active courses within compliance windows
Content Development
- Design and deploy instructional content: e-learning modules and Skill Drill assessments
- Coordinate multilingual translation workflows
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain compliance dashboards integrating Learn and Umbrella data for real-time audit readiness
- Implement automated reporting to recover 520+ hours annually from manual tracking
- Ensure content currency and regulatory alignment across all regions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations and support teams on data requests and reporting needs
- Serve as centralized LMS subject matter expert for all GRO sites and leadership
A day in the life
Your morning starts with a compliance dashboard check across Umbrella stacks and Learn. You review translation deliverables and attach completed materials to the appropriate LMS. Mid-morning, you build or update e-learning content-a new Skill Drill or e-learning course updates. After lunch, you troubleshoot a course assignment issue for an APAC site, then pull reporting data for leadership. You end the day advancing your automation project, replacing another manual report with a streamlined solution. No two days look identical, but platform health, content development, and cross-regional coordination are constants.
About the team
Global RAD Operations (GRO) partners with business units to deliver the right equipment at the right time and place-maintaining strict technical standards, InfoSec compliance, and safety throughout the supply chain. From receiving and warehousing to assembly, provisioning, and worldwide shipping, our 13 sites across AMER, EU, and APAC keep Amazon's IT infrastructure moving. GRO Learning & Development sits within this network, managing onboarding, process training, safety training, and leadership development for RAD sites worldwide.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with multimedia content creation
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
- Background in compliance-driven, operations training environments (OSHA, WHS, or regulatory) with experience consolidating LMS architectures into dashboards and reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 1+ years of work experience
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or experience with project management
