Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:
The Manager, Learning and Development Programs and Platforms, aligns talent development, workforce strategy, and platform management with enterprise goals to support Facility Services’ TEACH pillar.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role manages cross-functional L&D projects and programs, supports workforce pipeline initiatives, engages stakeholders, and delivers executive reporting on program outcomes.
Additionally, this role serves as the primary LMS Manager. Key responsibilities include handling user management, building learner groups, provisioning access, providing technical support, and deploying learning programs, paths, and digital badges.

As a key component of Facility Services’ TEACH pillar, the Learning Strategy team drives organizational growth through intentional, high-impact training programs. We are committed to continuous improvement, and evaluating program effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards in content development and delivery.
Our role on the strategy team is to focus on managing learning programs and platforms and supporting partnerships and pipelines ensuring effective governance, structure, deployment and delivery of data that informs and enables continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
  • Lead complex L&D projects and programs, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support workforce pipeline development and strategic partnerships to enable organizational growth.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and analytics on learning outcomes and program impact.
  • Act as a key liaison across teams to ensure alignment and visibility of learning initiatives.
  • Support associate communication and collaboration to champion program engagement.
  • Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) user management, build learner groups, provision access, and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
  • Load, configure, and deploy learning programs, paths, and digital badges in the LMS.

  • Proven experience in learning and development strategy, including program and project management.
