Responsibilities:
  • Execute work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services needed, providing estimates and video's for extra repairs.
  • Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • One year or more of experience in basic car care is helpful but not required.
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays.
