Smithfield Foods is seeking a creative and engaging Talent Development Learning Experience Designer to design, produce, and manage high-quality learning content that empowers our employees. As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will translate complex, technical, or procedural information into engaging content - including e-learning modules, job aids, and in-person learning content.
