We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategy to lead our strategy team, guiding clients through transformative web and marketing initiatives.

The Director of Strategy will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and content strategies. This role demands a visionary leader who can inspire a team while actively engaging in strategic planning and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing, content strategy, and the creation of strategic marketing plans.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and providing insights to inform their digital and marketing initiatives
  • Guide clients through digital transformation, ensuring they adopt best practices in web technology, accessibility, and user experience
  • Craft and implement digital strategies that align client objectives with user needs, leveraging UX research, analytics, and content strategy
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and achievable within the project budget
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and project management) to ensure strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
