HireRight is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to support our Global Operations organization, partnering with leaders across a fast-paced, customer-centric business supporting approximately 2,000 employees worldwide.

Reporting to the Director, HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leaders, helping drive business performance through strategic workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and manager capability. Success in this role requires balancing employee advocacy with business priorities while navigating the complexities of a high-volume, global workforce.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting large operations organizations, excels in employee relations and leadership coaching, and uses data to influence business decisions and improve organizational performance.

This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite) located in our Tulsa, OK office. 


Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with Operations leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent optimization, and change management.
  • Analyze workforce trends and business metrics—including turnover, absenteeism, productivity, engagement, and retention—to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, HR Centers of Excellence, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions.

Employee Relations & Manager Coaching

  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective action, investigations, policy interpretation, workplace conflict, and employment law compliance.
  • Conduct and manage complex employee investigations while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coach frontline managers and Operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Balance business needs with employee experience while mitigating organizational risk.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support high-volume hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
  • Lead talent review, succession planning, and development planning initiatives across Operations.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and partner with Learning & Development to implement targeted leadership and employee development solutions.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, performance coaching, and development planning.

Organizational Change & Business Transformation

  • Support organizational restructures, process improvements, workforce realignments, and other business transformation initiatives.
  • Help leaders effectively communicate and implement organizational change while minimizing disruption to employees and business operations.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on change leadership, organizational effectiveness, and employee communications.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, survey action planning, and retention strategies that improve employee experience within Operations.
  • Partner with leaders to identify drivers of turnover and implement actionable retention plans.
  • Champion HireRight's values while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing work environment.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.

HR Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Partner with Compensation during annual merit planning, promotions, organizational changes, and job evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure efficient delivery of HR programs and services.
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes, policies, and programs that enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including Human Resources Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience supporting large, fast-paced operations organizations with significant non-exempt employee populations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, manager coaching, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using workforce metrics and analytics to influence business decisions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience in operations-intensive environments such as customer operations, shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), financial services operations, healthcare operations, logistics, manufacturing, or contact centers.
