Job description

This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, providing leadership and collaboration across teams, and overseeing key strategic initiatives to ensure the success of the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related business field. MBA is preferred.
Experience: 7 or more years of experience in construction operations, strategy, or consulting. 5 or more years of business leadership experience

Travel: 25-50%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation:

  • Develop integration strategy and execution plan for the FTI Productivity Advantage Program.
  • Lead and manage transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the VP of Operations.
  • Ensure accountability for transformation projects and align business strategies with long-term productivity goals.

Operational Strategy & Efficiency:

  • Drive efficiencies by optimizing people, processes, and profitability through KPIs and Lean Construction practices.
  • Champion key initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives related to the Productivity Program.
  • Leads the development of reports, feedback summaries, best practice guidelines, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and integrates (e.g Excellerate, Preconstruction, Supply Chain and FTU) into productivity strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align project strategies with business objectives.

Project Planning & Performance:

  • Directs the initiation, coordination, and tracking of projects for assignment across the team.

Standardization & Best Practices:

  • Working with Productivity Team, develop and Implement SOPs for consistent productivity practices and work with Learning & Development on training programs for staff.
  • Promote change management practices and standardize processes across departments to drive efficiency.

Culture & Compliance:

  • Champion company culture and productivity initiatives, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Collaborate on developing dashboards to track performance metrics and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
