Talent & Learning Operations Specialist
Description -
The Operations Delivery Specialist role is responsible for partnering with portfolio owners to ensure the planning and flawless delivery of learning experiences and programs to employees. The role also involves working on a variety of Operations projects in support of deploying new processes, managing vendors, finances, implementing talent development programs, and participating in Talent and Development system implementations. The role applies developed subject matter knowledge to contribute to optimization of training tasks and recommend resolutions for moderately complex matters. The role collaborates with multiple stakeholders to deliver the priority T&L development strategies and programs.
Responsibilities
  • Ensures flawless delivery of learning programs and development events across all T&L portfolios, including management, executive, technical, employee business and professional skills.
  • Delivers moderately complex operational support to key T&L stakeholders by liaising with key program managers regarding training programs, schedules, resources required and learning event delivery.
  • Partners with program managers and portfolio owners to define appropriate delivery mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs and new learning initiatives.
  • Partners with Program owners to implement evaluation practices to ensure tracking of performance against delivery, quality and employee experience metrics.
  • Contributes to resolution of client escalations with HR functions and partners.
  • Recommends solutions to problems and challenges of moderate complexity and coordinates the implementation of the course of action approved by the experienced personnel of the learning and development team.
  • Applies developed subject matter knowledge to implement process improvements to the training processes and activities to optimize the customer experience globally.
  • Participates in and may lead virtual teams to achieve various training program objectives and incorporate collective input.
  • Maintains effective communication, education, and training strategies and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Plays a supporting role in operational process management; including vendor management, finances, records management and business continuity.
  • Learns and develops AI skills and expertise to include AI in Operations workflows

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4+years of relevant work experience, preferably in training event management, logistics planning and managing multiple complex stakeholder client relationships.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
