Your next opportunity:

The Client & Family Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Spark team members and clients have everything they need to make meaningful progress each day! We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a dedication to our purpose.

Responsibilities:

Front Office

  • Answer all incoming calls, greet families/guests upon arrival
  • Manage team member inquiries between centers (e.g. general questions, assigning prep, addressing maintenance concerns)
  • Coordinate with families/team for any day-of needs between centers (e.g. calling a parent due to illness; food/diaper requests, etc.)
  • Maintain supplies at AR in accordance with purchasing guideline

Scheduling

  • Arrange day-of and pre-planned coverage for sessions, as needed, with minimal disturbance to therapist and client schedules
  • Oversee and complete the current client coordination assignments for AR
  • Onboarding | New Client Pursuit
  • Discuss services with new, inquiring families. Schedule consults/tours
  • Complete any assigned pre-tour and post-tour follow-ups

Client Care

  • Maintain and document Pre-Planned Absences for Enfield and AR
  • Ensure pending authorizations and schedules are loaded into Rethink
  • Coordinate the signing and sending of client birthday cards
  • Prepare/send school notes, as needed

Providing support to the Client Coordination Lead as needed

  • Project support, e.g. data entry/collection, record updates, document requests, etc.

Who you are and what you bring to the table:

  • Experience in a pediatric or ABA setting preferred
  • You're detail oriented, and feel comfortable taking initiative on projects
  • Experience onboarding new families/clients preferred
  • Enjoys building new and fostering current relationships with families & community members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys problem solving with others, and thrives in a solution oriented, and collaborative environment
  • Has minimum of 1 year of experience with insurance verification, billing, and basic knowledge of therapy coding
  • Has experience with scheduling, and onboarding new clients
