Job description

Business Development Representative - Job Description
At Aradius Group, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to build trust. We're looking for a Business Development Representative who thrives on connecting with people, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients find the right path forward.
This isn't a traditional "smile and dial" sales role. Instead of spending your day making cold calls, you'll focus on qualifying inbound opportunities, supporting our e-commerce clients, uncovering growth opportunities, and connecting prospects with the right solutions and people. You'll work closely with Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Client Experience, and our AI-powered prospecting tools to ensure every opportunity receives a thoughtful, consultative experience from the very first conversation.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, website inquiries, and prospective clients, creating a responsive and professional first impression.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand project goals, timelines, budgets, and business challenges before recommending next steps.
  • Qualify opportunities and route them to the appropriate team member based on client needs, project complexity, and growth potential.
  • Identify opportunities to transition e-commerce customers and smaller accounts into enterprise sales conversations when additional services or long-term partnerships could provide greater value.
  • Support Aradius Group's e-commerce customers by answering questions, assisting with storefront navigation, troubleshooting basic issues, and helping clients successfully place and manage orders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive follow-up, ensuring inquiries are resolved and opportunities continue moving forward.
  • Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, recurring client questions, campaign performance, and emerging market needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, activity, and opportunity tracking in HubSpot.
  • Leverage ZoomInfo, AI-powered prospecting tools, and other sales technologies to research companies, enrich lead data, and prepare for meaningful client conversations.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Account Managers, and Client Services to create a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through long-term partnership.
  • Meet established service and conversion goals, including speed-to-lead, lead qualification, and opportunity conversion metrics.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Naturally curious and energized by meeting new people and learning about their businesses.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys asking questions before offering solutions.
  • Consultative mindset focused on understanding client needs rather than simply routing requests.
  • Relationship builder who creates trust through responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once.
  • Comfortable navigating technology while adapting to new tools and processes.
  • Self-starter who enjoys collaborating across departments to create the best client experience.
  • Positive, resilient attitude with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, business development, inside sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM to manage customer relationships and activities.
  • Experience using ZoomInfo or similar sales intelligence platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial printing, direct mail, marketing services, or related industry experience preferred.

Reasons you'll love working here:
  • Flexibility: You can work hybrid or on-site in Omaha, NE.
  • Reliable and Flexible Hours: We will give you a schedule you can count on.
  • Career Development: We invest in you. Setting you up for success and learning from industry experts. See where your journey can take you.
  • Perks: Company Profit Sharing Program, Business Expense & Mileage Reimbursement.
  • Benefits: Access to a full benefits package including 401(k), 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, medical, vision, dental, company-paid short-term & long-term disability, an Employee Assistance Program for free and confidential mental health, legal, and financial services, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
