Being one of our FULL TIME Associates at Chick-fil-A is the PERFECT job for anyone retired with a fun and willing spirit to serve.

As one of our FULL TIME ASSOCIATES at Chick-fil-A, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and positive dining experience. You’ll help create the inviting environment Chick-fil-A is known for by maintaining your area of the restaurant (front or back), engaging in conversation with guests and team members, and supporting the overall team in whatever way needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests
  • Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
  • Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
