The Administrative Assistant to University Bands is responsible for coordinating auditions and registrations for USC band ensembles and maintaining ensemble rosters. Responsible for mailings to High School Band Directors in surrounding states for USC Band Clinic of over 400 high school band students. Maintains USC Bands social media channels in coordination with marketing office. Coordinates the USC Alumni Band rehearsal and performance at USC Football games. Coordinates meal vendors for trips, camps, and events.

• Extensive knowledge of office management policies and procedures and record keeping.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally, in writing and work independently as well as in a team environment is essential.
