We're looking for a Director of Training & Development to lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning and leadership development programs that support our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful development programs while remaining closely connected to the work. You'll partner with leaders across the organization, coach and develop employees, create engaging learning experiences, and help shape the future of our training and leadership development efforts. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll have the opportunity to influence employee growth, leadership readiness, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of AMAROK's leadership development and training initiatives.
  • Design and deliver engaging leadership development programs, workshops, and learning experiences.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to assess training needs and build development solutions that support business objectives.
  • Create and enhance learning content, training materials, and leadership resources.
  • Coach leaders and employees to strengthen leadership capabilities and performance.
  • Develop programs that support leadership readiness, career growth, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department-specific trainers to ensure consistent training standards and learning experiences across the organization.
  • Lead and develop members of the Training & Development team through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage learning technologies, external partners, and industry best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement in learning and development programs through effective communication and innovative delivery methods.

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Training & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and implementing leadership development and training programs.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience coaching leaders and supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning authoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CPTD, CPTM, CLDP, or other senior-level Learning & Development certification.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Experience with Paycom LMS or similar learning platforms.

Base Compensation Range: $125,000-$140,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
