ABOUT THE ROLE

S&S Activewear is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Learning & Development Specialist to support the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of our commercial learning programs. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Commercial L&D team, ensuring training programs are delivered seamlessly while managing learning systems, reporting, communications, scheduling, and learner support.

This role will help translate real-world business needs into actionable training support while partnering closely with the Commercial Learning & Development team members to maintain and improve learning content.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Salaried: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)

Monday - Friday (standard business hours) Full-time, exempt, remote

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage the Commercial L&D training calendar and coordinate all training logistics.
  • Schedule instructor-led training sessions, virtual workshops, and onboarding events.
  • Administer and maintain any Commercial Trainings on Workday Learning, Jenius+, Bright, and other learning technologies.
  • Generate and distribute LMS reports, completion tracking, compliance reporting, and learning analytics.
  • Coordinate learner communications, registration, reminders, and post-training follow-up.
  • Provide frontline business expertise and feedback to ensure training remains relevant and practical.
  • Partner with the Instructional Designer to update learning content and maintain course libraries.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives and consultative selling programs.
  • Troubleshoot learner access issues and provide LMS support.
  • Assist with training measurement, surveys, evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Exemplify a growth mindset and model curiosity, creativity, agility, and learner-centric thinking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Sales Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Frontline business experience and understanding of the day-to-day realities of our sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or apparel industries.
  • Experience with L&D in a Sales environment, particularly B2B, preferred (but not required)
