What will you do?
Responsible for the coaching, mentorship, and skill development of team members.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster a culture of continuous skill development within the team.
Advance the product and technical maturity within teams and across the department by collaborating with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and others involved
Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and followed within the team to provide solutions' consistency, readability, and maintainability.
What are we looking for?
Three or more years related work experience.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products
Someone with a technical background who has a strong understanding of information systems and development operations.
Who would excel in this role?
Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally
SQL knowledge
