What You'll Do
  • Lead residential and commercial land development projects throughout the Seattle metro area.
  • Manage projects from due diligence, entitlements, and permitting through construction.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with developers and local agencies.
  • Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the most dynamic development markets in the Pacific Northwest.
What You Bring
  • PE License required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of residential and commercial land development experience.
  • Strong understanding of site development, permitting, local agency coordination, and construction practices.
  • Proven success managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, and schedules.
  • Experience working with private development clients and fast-paced project delivery.
