We are currently seeking to add a Sr. Project Manager to our growing Land Development team. We offer a collaborative environment where you'll contribute to all phases of development, from initial vision to final construction. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects, from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.
This role focuses on achieving results that support the organization's strategic goals through initiative, competitive drive, and innovation. The person must make timely decisions, find practical solutions, and work with urgency, even during times of change. Self-assurance and confidence are critical to driving results, solving problems, and inspiring commitment from others, while being firm, goal-oriented, motivating, and engaging. Given the faster-than-average pace, the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing conditions, and delegate effectively is essential, holding others accountable to timely, accurate results. Ultimately, this role requires the ability to act independently, handle a variety of challenges with confidence, and commit to the success of PACE while maintaining a high standard of achievement.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license
  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Excellent client service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
