Job Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Learning Development
  • Design instructor-led and digital training programs using instructional design principles.
  • Translate subject matter expertise into clear learning objectives, activities, assessments, and materials.
  • Apply adult learning best practices and interactive techniques to improve engagement and retention.

Digital Content Development
  • Create presentations, videos, job aids, workflow diagrams, and microlearning modules.
  • Use tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
  • Learn and apply new digital creation tools as needed.
  • Experience translating content into other languages beneficial.

Subject Matter Expert Collaboration
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture knowledge, build training, and identify improvement opportunities.

Training Facilitation & Learner Engagement
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and other learning initiatives.

LMS Support
  • Work with the Training Specialist to deploy LMS content and provide backup support as needed.

Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, recommend improvements, and support a scalable training ecosystem.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or learning and development.
  • Ability to develop engaging digital training materials.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ADDIE, backward design, multimedia/eLearning development, learning management systems, workflow documentation, process mapping, construction, or workforce development.
