Summary

The Electronic Security Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating and delivering integrated security projects โ€” including access control, video surveillance, intercom, and related systems. Youโ€™ll work closely with sales, engineering, field technicians, and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly from kickoff to closeout.
This is an ideal role for someone whoโ€™s managed construction or technology projects, or whoโ€™s worked in the field as an installer or technician and is ready to take the next step into project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage electronic security projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Communicate regularly with customers, provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Review drawings, submittals, and change orders to keep projects on track and within scope
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating during handoff and throughout project execution
  • Oversee installation progress and quality standards in coordination with field technicians
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation through D-Tools and SharePoint
  • Supporting close-out documentation, commissioning, and customer training
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a related role
  • Background in electronic security, low-voltage systems, or access control is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a team-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with D-Tools or similar software is a plus
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record Required
