Position Title: Senior Learning Program Manager – Commercial Practice
Job Type: Full-time

Summary

C² Technologies seeks a Senior Learning Program Manager – Commercial Practice to lead high-impact learning programs for corporate clients and support the growth of our commercial learning services business. This role is ideal for a self-starting senior learning leader with strong consulting experience, executive presence, and a proven ability to manage complex, client-facing learning initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, lead learning programs from strategy through delivery, and support business development, proposal writing, pricing, and commercial solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial learning programs, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Serve as a strategic consultant to corporate clients and align learning solutions with business goals
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, teams, and performance metrics across multiple learning initiatives
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, technology teams, vendors, and client leaders to deliver effective learning solutions
• Use AI tools to improve project management, productivity, learning design, content development, and solution innovation
• Stay current on industry trends, including AI-enabled learning, immersive learning, learning analytics, skills-based learning, and workforce transformation
• Support business development efforts through client discovery, proposals, statements of work, pricing, staffing models, renewals, and change requests
• Present confidently to clients, executives, webinars, conferences, and industry forums
• Help shape and grow C²’s commercial learning services practice

Requirements

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Learning and Development, Business, or a related field

Experience Requirement

• 7 or more years of experience managing learning, training, workforce development, or talent development programs

• Experience leading complex, client-facing commercial learning initiatives
• Background in consulting, professional services, or corporate client delivery preferred
• Strong experience in program management, training and development, LMS and LCMS platforms, and end-to-end learning solutions
• Experience with business development, proposal writing, pricing, and commercial solution development
• Experience using AI for project management, learning design, content development, or productivity
• Knowledge of current and emerging learning industry trends
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial industry experience desired, including banking, finance, energy, healthcare, hospitality, or related sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred
• Agile, Scrum, Prosci, ATD, learning technology, or AI-related certifications are a plus

Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
