Job description

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Architectural Project Manager to join the Krew.

This is a leadership role built for someone who can guide complex, design-forward architectural projects from first concept through final delivery. You'll lead multiple projects on our Flex team, serve as a trusted client partner, and keep teams aligned, energized, and moving forward.


You'll balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, mentoring talented team members, coordinating consultants, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring every project meets Kinetic's high standards for design, quality, and client experience. What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple complex architectural projects from concept through completion
  • Partner with the Principal/Studio Leader to drive project success across all disciplines
  • Serve as the main client liaison, providing updates, guidance, and strategic direction
  • Mentor, coach, and develop production staff throughout each phase of work
  • Oversee design concepts, plans, presentations, and proposals to meet client goals
  • Coordinate with interior design, permitting, project delivery, CA teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Review drawings, specifications, and documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Perform quality control checks before handoff to Kinetic's Quality Control Committee
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing resources, and overall workflow
  • Approve timesheets and support operational efficiency across the team
  • Solve challenges proactively with minimal supervision
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology, codes, and best practices through ongoing learning
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and all aspects of Kinetic's HR Handbook
