Job Description
The L&D Specialist II drives manager growth and organizational effectiveness by designing strategic leadership curricula and manager onboarding programs. This role balances program architecture and dynamic facilitation with data-driven evaluation to maximize leader performance. Partnering across the HR and L&D team, this specialist builds scalable leadership frameworks and supports continuous team quality across Spring Venture Group.
You will split your time between curriculum strategy, interactive workshop delivery, and measuring training ROI. Additionally, you will partner with business leaders on performance consulting while mentoring peer specialists to ensure instruction and content quality across team initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Program Strategy & Curriculum Architecture:
  • Design, architect, and continuously update scalable leadership frameworks, manager onboarding pathways, and continuous learning tracks aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize advanced instructional design and adult learning strategies to create impactful e-learning modules, leader toolkits, and facilitation guides.

Performance Consulting & Program Delivery & Facilitation:
  • Deliver high-energy live virtual and classroom workshops tailored to strengthen management capabilities throughout the workforce.
  • Consult directly with business leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose leadership skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Lead ongoing manager onboarding sessions to equip new leaders with essential management tools and frameworks.

Analytics, Measurement & ROI:
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing post-workshop feedback, course completion metrics, and operational performance data.
  • Synthesize learning analytics into actionable recommendations and executive reporting to demonstrate ROI and elevate program impact.

Peer Mentorship & Quality Assurance:
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to L&D peers on workshop delivery, facilitation techniques, and course design.
  • Review and audit learning materials across team initiatives to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and instructional quality.

General Duties:
  • Predictable and reliable attendance required.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with a focus on curriculum architecture and manager training.
  • Facilitation Experience: Proven track record of delivering interactive leadership workshops and manager onboarding programs.
  • Instructional Design & Strategy: Demonstrated success architecting multi-week learning paths and e-learning content grounded in adult learning methodologies.

  • Proven performance consulting skills with ability to build credibility with senior business leaders.
