  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Recruiting, to identify and implement high impact projects.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on emerging trends, compliance requirements, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Provide onboarding support through content creation, coordination, and ongoing maintenance of materials and processes.
  • Assist with workforce planning, staffing needs, and hiring tracking, and hiring activities.
  • Develop and maintain a job skills matrix for all position categories, outlining required skills, competencies, and qualifications for each level.
  • Develop, update and maintain job descriptions and draft professional, consistent job postings
  • Assess organizational training needs and evaluate the effectiveness and utilization of learning resources.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational, federal, state, and local compliance requirements; proactively identify and mitigate risk
  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up‑to‑date employee records across all HR systems.
