What you'll be doing:
  • Assess and define learning needs by partnering with global stakeholders, HR, and business leaders to conduct training needs analyses and align solutions to organizational and functional priorities
  • Design and deliver enterprise-wide talent and learning programs aligned to Core Values, Leader Behaviors, and business goals across regions and functions
  • Facilitate high-impact learning experiences (in-person and virtual), spanning leadership, professional, and technical skill development
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to co-create scalable training solutions, including facilitator-led and digital/eLearning content
  • Own and maintain learning content ecosystem, including course materials, job aids, guides, presentations, and global eLearning modules
  • Lead key talent programs and initiatives, including onboarding/manager development (e.g., Emerging and Senior Leader Programs), internship programs, and HR-required trainings (compliance, policy, etc.)
  • Drive inclusion and global consistency across all talent programs, ensuring accessibility, shared language, and equitable learner experiences
  • Manage learning operations and systems, including LMS administration, program logistics, enrollment, and vendor coordination
  • Measure and optimize program effectiveness by tracking KPIs, ROI, and learner impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing guidance on adult learning principles, development strategies, and best practices
  • Build facilitation capability across the organization by coaching HR and business leaders to effectively deliver learning programs and scale training impact (e.g., Train-the-Trainer models)
  • Incorporate external insights and industry best practices to continuously evolve and enhance talent and learning programs as the organization scales

What we look for in you:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; relevant certifications (e.g., SLII, DiSC, GROW Coaching) preferred
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, with experience designing and facilitating programs across global audiences
  • Learning Expertise: Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with the ability to deliver scalable, engaging learning experiences (ILT & eLearning)
  • Business + Influence: Ability to translate business needs into talent solutions and influence stakeholders to drive adoption
  • Execution & Communication: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end
  • Impact Orientation: Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness and commitment to inclusive learning environments
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies preferred
